• Our team will work with every function to develop function-level integration plans.  Working with every function in the client company allows us to identify critical interdependencies, which might otherwise get overlooked
• We set up and support the Post-Merger Integration Office (PMIO), ensuring overall timelines are met, and monitoring progress against the agreed-upon integration plans
